When pondering true richness in the context of our times, we believe it is fundamentally rooted in food. This is the most profound lesson I have learned from Italian cuisine.

Achieved Wine Sommelier certification with Italy's prestigious AIS.
Earned Olive Oil Sommelier certification from AIS in Italy.
Hosted a first-of-its-kind collaboration dinner in Kyushu with Roberto Berini, Vice President of the Italian Republic Sommelier Association AIS.
Provided culinary expertise to notable personalities during the Japan-U.S. Council Annual Conference held in Waikiki, Hawaii, as Chef Sasaki's assistant.
Assumed the role of President with the establishment of the Kyushu Italian Cuisine Association A.C.C.I.K.
Made a guest appearance as an assistant at the Milan Expo's Identità Golose event.
Participated in a collaboration dinner at Ristorante Sadler in Milan.
Relocated and reopened DA FUCHIGAMI HAKATA in the Up Kawabata-cho district of Hakata, Fukuoka City.
Closed due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Rejoined FUCHIGAMI at the same address as a Chef.
Won a Barilla PASTA CHAMPIONSHIP ASIA JAPA 2024.

Won the Grand Final held in Manila, Philippines, as a representative of Japan, and became the Pasta Chef Asia Champion.
